Excellent proximity to city centre, extremely comfortable.

Thank you for an incredible stay. The hotel offers variety of food that was outstanding. The units were spotless with balconies. Consistently courteous and very pleasant staff provides an exceptional service.

Location, view of river, room size.

Attempt at class or luxury only in price. Rest pretty ordinary. Breakfast in room great for diets. Would never get fat on quantity available unless you buy more food which was available. Place was pretentious.

Bathrooms could be updated and more lighting.

In my wife's opinion, the kids wished there were more activities specifically for them-something like a family game room would be great.

The personnel at Napa River Inn offer excellent customer service. We asked for a room upgrade because we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. They immediately offered us a beautiful corner room with all the amenities. The breakfast from Sweetie Pies is a delicious and delightful touch.

Room was nice and spacious, lovely surroundings and close to restaurants in downtown Napa. Parking very easy. Staff very accommodating and helpful.

Noise from street did creep through sometimes. Room is likely up for a refit to a flatscreen and iPod dock - still nice, but a bit 90s-ish. Given this, maybe not as great value for money as it could be. Probably not a place so much for a young couple as much as for a mature couple.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was very good for touring Napa. However, our mattress needed replacing and the bathroom fixtures needed attention. For the cost those things need to be perfect! Having said this, we would stay again, the breakfast was yummy, especially the pastries! All in all I would rate our stay an8 out of 10.

A good pastry surprise

Woke up to a good breakfast of pastries delivered right to our door. The hotel was immaculate and perfect location to explore downtown.

Our room faced a noisy alley where the door slammed regularly, disrupting our relaxation moments. It was unfortunate because everything else was quite nice.

Great location. Our room was in the annex and had a beautiful view of the river and courtyard. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Very quiet and perfect size room. They provided free shuttle service to local restaurants.

While breakfast in the room is a treat and nicely done, it was awkward eating without a tray or small table. Would also be nice if coffee came in a carafe instead of a cup.

The spa was a highlight, with both a soothing massage and a relaxing garden area to unwind in afterward. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it didn't spoil my overall experience 🌟

Perfect and outstanding breakfast at bakery. Big and luxurious rooms, very polite employees in terms of service. Wonderful location in an ideal area so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment and restaurants, lunch and Dinner and Oxbow market.
